download.tl is a file-sharing service that allows users to share their files for free, without registrations or monthly payments.

1) Neither download.tl or it's operator are owners of the files uploaded by anonymous, unregistered visitors of the website and therefore cannot be responsible for the files uploaded or downloaded from website download.tl.
2) In case that a file uploaded by an anonymous user to the website download.tl breaches your copyright and / or in any other way interferes with your rights and / or if you believe that a file hosted on our website breaches the law, please contact us using the contact form on our website and we will do our best to remove such file from our servers as soon as possible.
3) Since uploading files to download.tl is completely free, we have limited the capacity for providing support, we reserve a right to review your request submitted on a basis of the point 2) of this article within 1 up to 10 business days.

1) Each user that uploads a file / files using download.tl’s service agrees that he or she is fully responsible for the file / files uploaded to our servers and confirms that the file doesn't breach any of the following statements:

2) download.tl and / or it's operator are not responsible for any damage or loss of profit caused by using the download.tl service and / or caused by deleting a file uploaded by a user of this service.
3) download.tl and / or it's operator are not responsible for the content uploaded to their servers and downloaded from their servers by other users, even if the user had to pay for downloading the file from the download.tl website.
4) By using download.tl’s service, the user agrees not to involve download.tl and / or it's operator in any type of legal action.
5) All payments made by users in order to download files from the download.tl website are non-refundable. Even in case that content of the file doesn't match expectations of the user.
6) All payments made by users in order to download a file / files from the download.tl website are payments for the access to the file and for using our servers, not payments for the file itself.
V.
1) download.tl is an anonymous service - we don't collect any of your personal information such as name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, phone number etc.
2) For ad serving and statistics purposes, we may use cookie files in your website browser and save your IP address when uploading or downloading files from our servers.
3) We never share any information regarding the file you uploaded or downloaded from our website with a 3rd party.
